Your Buddy will be wrapped in tissue paper, paired with your message, and shipped in our signature green “Someone’s Thinking of You” box — ready to brighten someone’s day the moment it arrives.
Where are you located?

Buddy In A Box is a proudly Canadian owned and operated company based just outside of Toronto, Ontario. All of our plush buddies are packaged and shipped from here with care, delivering smiles to doorsteps across Canada.
How quickly will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on where in Canada your Buddy is headed.

We do our best to get your package delivered as quickly as possible — but, as every Canadian knows, it’s a big country! Whether your Buddy’s off to downtown Toronto or the shores of Newfoundland, we’ll make sure it gets there safe, sound, and full of love.
Can I schedule my delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer scheduled deliveries at this time. If you’d like your Buddy In A Box to arrive close to a specific date, we recommend placing your order based on our estimated shipping timelines.

We’ll do our best to get your package there right on time — though, as any Canadian knows, delivery times can vary a bit when you’re crossing snow, lakes, and the occasional moose crossing! 🦌📦🇨🇦
Do you offer free shipping in Canada?
